Modern agriculture certainly lacks resilience and it lacks ecological function, which is the reason why the wheels have fallen off. There’s a bit of a pattern starting to happen here – more artificial fertiliser, more insecticide and more fungicide. I like to call that the ‘more-on’ principle. As things go wrong, we just put more and more product on to fix the problem. We never fix the basic problem. We just put more and more product on, which sends us broke and makes ‘other’ people wealthy.

Jean Belstead met Ron and Bev Smith many years ago when Ron was having problems with mastitis in one of his dairy cows. Jean, a local homeopath showed Ron her homeopathic treatment for mastitis and Ron hasn’t looked back! Ron and Bev Smith are dairy farmers at “Orana”, Fish Creek in Gippsland, Victoria. For the last 30 years and more they have worked hard to turn a challenging tract of land into a profitable biodynamic dairy farm. While raising 11 children they have applied the rules of nature to farm at first organically and now biodynamically. and humans.
Do you have concerns about declining profitability, poor soil structure, dryland salinity, acidic soils and a growing number of herbicide resistance weeds? Colin found not only a solution to all these problems but started saving money and spent less time farming.
Ian & Dianne Haggerty buy farms with marginal soils and erratic rainfalls but consistently improve the and out perform the district yields. Using common sense, and learning about how the soil biology works, the Haggerty’s have reduced the use of weedicides and increased soil health. They look forward to sharing their knowledge with you.
Compacted soils and rising costs of fertilizers are frequently occurring problems which plague most farmers. Discover the secrets of worm composting with David Davidson and start reaping the benefits of worm castings, worm compost and worm tea for all growers. It’s quick, easy and economical.
Biodynamic composting is regarded by many to be the ultimate method of composting. Starting with conventional farm sourced materials plus the addition of biodynamic preps and minerals it usually requires turning once. It is then covered and left to ‘do its own thing’ while heat and the fermentation process along with the worms ‘cleans’ up the materials producing a compost rich in a broad spectrum of microbes and plant available minerals.
Dr. Arden Andersen teaches farmers to create soil fertile enough to grow crops with better vitality, more nutrients, fewer chemicals, more resistant to disease and pests. As a medical doctor Arden understands that the leading cause of sickness is nutrient-poor food. As a farm consultant, Arden knows the cure isn’t pills but full spectrum soil fertility and food nutrition.
Soil Health Bootcamp: Go From Inspired To Advocate in 15 Days. While at home we want you to discover new skills & ideas.
Each day engage in a short 15-min dialogue around practical steps you can take to begin your own journey of regeneration.
We will explore with open curiosity the definition of regeneration, why it is important and how we can collectively live regenerative lifestyles.
You will also receive a free copy of The Guide For Our Generation which you can use to keep track of your progress.
In this video series, you will understand the correct set of organisms that are present in the soil so that you can do this. You can grow your plants without pesticides, without the inorganic fertilizers, without the toxic materials that we’ve been using for the last 50-80years in conventional agriculture.
Regenerative Agriculture is now being used as a term for then many farming systems that use techniques that can increase soil organic carbon. Regeneration is far more than being sustainable. Sustainable is defined as keeping the present system stable without degrading or running it down.
Elaine takes us through everything that you will ever need to know on how to use your microscope effectively. We’ve put it together this way so you will quickly get a good overview of all the lessons in front of you but you will also gain the right amount of knowledge in the right amount of time.

Lessons are from the recording of the 2 Day Workshop presented by Dr Elaine Ingham. You have lifetime access to the course, once they are made available online they remain there for you to access permanently.
Leading animal nutritionist Jerry Brunetti talks about the importance of nutrition, farm biodiversity and the importance of seeing the farm as a whole system. Do you currently see your farm as a whole organism? What you feed to your animals or yourself will ultimately feed the microbes. Ways on how you can determine the quality of the food and how to translate that into productivity and healthy livestock.
