There were times while listening to Elaine Ingham; I found the information so refreshing, so beautiful
that it brought me to tears.
Over the last few years our management has started to change. We are now starting to nurture our
soils instead of flogging them and we are reaping the rewards.
The biggest change we have seen so far was last season crop.
The trees all cropped well. The fruit was bigger, heavier and sweeter. The record weight for one peach
was 543 grams. We were all excited about that.
The pressure of pests and disease is greatly reduced. No sign of black aphids anymore. Three cheers.
It is what you say, "Fall in love with your farm all over again"
